The course develops its activities in Animal Health, representing the program’s concentration area. The research line Health and Sustainability aims to develop studies and products that make it possible to promote animal health, as well as a better understanding of measures of prevention and control of diseases.

The research line also aims to develop studies on the impacts of animal husbandry on the environment and climate, generating proposals for conservation and environmental preservation.
